What do I do if I don’t like my painting when it arrives?

It is really important to me that you are happy with your artwork, so if you decide that it is not right you have 14 days from receipt to contact me to request a refund. Once we have agreed a refund you are responsible for packaging and return delivery to me, using the same delivery service as was used to deliver the artwork to you. When I have received the artwork back from you, I will make a refund payment to you within 14 days.

What happens if my painting is damaged when I receive it?

All paintings are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of any damage. In the unlikely event of your painting arriving damaged, please contact me directly (within 7 days of delivery) and send me a photograph if possible of the damage. We can determine whether any damage is fixable, or whether a refund is required.

Do you offer Overseas Return / Refunds?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return for artworks shipped outside of the UK.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
